A very special community has truly made an impact on the lives of those living with Alzheimer’s Disease on the Central Coast. Sydney Creek (License # 405800577), part of the housing and services offered by The Villages of San Luis Obispo, offers loving care in a safe and secure environment for 66 residents with memory impairment. Designed to feel like one’s own home, Sydney Creek provides private and shared rooms in three smaller "neighborhoods", which allows residents to participate in meals and activities together. A state-of-the-art concept, Sydney Creek has proven itself to those whose loved ones can no longer live at home.
