Directly across the bridge from The Palms, lies Garden Creek Assisted Living Community (License # 405800467) which is located on the same nine-acre campus as our two independent retirement communities--The Palms and The Oaks.
Residents from those communities appreciate knowing that if more care is needed, Garden Creek is there for them. Open to all seniors who need more help with their daily activities, our licensed three-story community contains 64 unique studio apartments. Each resident brings his or her own furnishings to decorate their apartment as they choose.
But the best part about Garden Creek is our loving staff--our caregivers who can help with dressing, bathing and medication administration; our fun team and our activity department; and our knowledgeable administrators--everyone who works at Garden Creek takes great pride in the services provided.
